First things first—we’ll connect and get to know each other. I want to understand your vision for the big day so I can help bring it to life.
I’ll send over a form where you can list your “must plays,” “play if you can,” and “do not play” songs, along with key moments like your grand entrance, first dance, and any special announcements or speeches. Feel free to be as detailed as you like—but if you’re stuck, don’t worry. I’ve got the experience (and playlists) to help fill in the blanks.
Leading Up To The Big Day
In the month leading up to your wedding, we’ll meet to review your planning form, talk through the details, and walk through your timeline together.
Behind the scenes, I’ll be fine-tuning your timeline, coordinating with your planner or venue team, and testing all audio equipment for a flawless setup. I also prepare custom mixes—whether it’s editing your first dance songs to the perfect length or creating a high-energy grand entrance mix that sets the tone right. I’ll double-check name pronunciations for intros, prep backup gear (just in case!), and make sure every cue is locked in.
Preparation is everything, and I make it a priority so your celebration flows seamlessly from the first guest arrival to the last dance.
The Day-Of
Your big day is here! Nervous? Don’t be. At least about your entertainment, that is. I've got it covered.
The Ceremony
Once your officiant arrives, we’ll get them set up with a microphone, do a quick sound check, and review the ceremony timeline together. If you're working with any live musicians, I'll coordinate with them to make sure we’re all in sync. From the processional to the recessional, timing the music just right is essential to keeping everything smooth, seamless, and emotionally on point.
Cocktail Hour & Dinner
Whether it’s a playlist you’ve curated or one I’ve crafted just for you, we’ll set the tone with the perfect background music to kick off the night with great vibes.
Emceeing
I'm responsible for following your timeline, keeping the flow of the night running smooth and announcing all your wedding reception events like the grand entrance, formal dances and speeches. I'll keep you updated on your timeline and let you know if anything needs to be moved around because of something running early or late.
The Dancing!
When it’s time to hit the dance floor, that's our time to shine! We dial into your crowd’s energy, read the room, play your must-hear songs, mix in guest requests that fit the vibe (no party killers here), and keep the hits coming—the ones everyone knows and loves.
